How Can I Extend HDBaseT Range?
The Evolution HDBaseT extender from Vanco (EVEXHDB1) is designed to distribute uncompressed high-definition signals over more than twice the distance of standard HDMI cables without degradation. It is suitable for whole-home or commercial applications and supports easy and flexible installation with low maintenance.
The extender can connect uncompressed full HD digital video and audio via a single 230-foot/70-meter Cat5e/Cat6 cable. It features Power over Cable (PoC) technology, which transmits power over Cat 5e/6, enabling either a transmitter or receiver to be powered without the use of a power supply.
Extends 1080p resolutions up to 230 feet (70 meters) over a single Cat5e/6 cable and 4K@60Hz- 4:2:0 color subsampling up to 131 feet (40 meters).
