The Speco SP6MAWT is an extremely flexible wall-mount audio speaker that can be used for a variety of uses, such as intercom, announcements, background music, and other audio messages in commercial, public or residential environments.
With a 6.5” woofer and a 1” titanium tweeter, the SP6MAWT provides a broad frequency response from 50Hz to 20kHz. These speakers have a maximum of 106 dB output, and can be connected to a variety of different audio systems.
Installation requirements are simple.
Key to the flexibility of the SP6MAWT are switch-adjusted inputs for audio signal power, from 40W to .25W, with 8 ohms impedance, along with a separate setting for amplifier voltage. The wattage settings are to be used with typical 70- or 25-volt amplifiers, the kind that are often found in commercial systems. The 8 Ohm setting works with constant impedance 8 Ohm amplified sounds that would be typical for residential sound systems.
