Uplink informed us of a service issue impacting certain alarm communicator devices. The Uplink communicator devices effected are series 4530, 4500 and 4550. Our records indicate that you may have an Uplink communicator device effected by this notice. Attached is the service bulletin issued by Uplink to remedy the service issue.
