TRIPP-LITE Safe-IT Plug In 5 Outlet Surge Protector
With the multiple network devices used in most all offices and homes, unexpected power surges can disable or damage sensitive electronics. The TRIPP-LITE SK5BUCAM is a plug-in module that provides five surge protected AC outlets, along with two USB ports with 3.9 amps of charging capability. The surge protection covers two modes: full normal mode (Hot-Neutral) and common (Neutral-Ground/Hot-Ground). This device’s surge protection will filter EMI/RFI disruptions.
The SK5BUCAM is plugged directly into an AC outlet, providing needed protection without the clutter of a plug-in strip-type surge protector. The unique feature of this module is that four of the five outlets can be rotated 90 degrees, allowing for the connection of bulky transformers from separate powered devices. The USB ports, one USB-C and one USB-A, can be used to charge any common devices such as smart phones and tablets.
