Potter POT RMS-1T-WP - Weatherproof Pull Station for Outdoor Applications
The POT RMS-1T-WP is a rugged weatherproof fire alarm pull station from Potter. Made in the USA, this device carries UL, FM, CSFM along with ADA compliance. Made of die cast materials, this pull station is built along the lines of the “classic” Potter pull station with activation by pulling down on the handle as is printed, breaking the glass rod and activating the connected system with a 1 amp @ 30 VDC maximum SPDT switch. Resetting is accomplished by putting the handle back in the upright position and replacing the broken glass rod. These pull stations can be mounted on a standard single gang electrical box, and optional surface mount backboxes are available providing installation flexibility. While this pull station is rated for outdoor use, it should be considered for any “wet” locations such as indoor swimming pools, and specific factory locations.
